Meditation Spells

Meditation spells transport you to another world inside your mind but are very powerful. It is your way of manifesting your intent to the Universe.

As you use a meditation spell, you focus yourself on your specific wants, outcomes or wishes. In a way, it is very similar to praying, just without the guilt aspect involved.


After grounding oneself, begin to focus on the outcome you desire and think of only this.


Some witches make use of tools to help them relax as they focus. The tools can include candles, essential oil, photos, sigils, runes, crystals and incense.


Sit or lay down in a comfortable position and focus on your breath. Wearing comfortable clothing and staying in a quiet space will keep you from any distractions.


I like to meditate for at least an hour before going to sleep as this also helps me to sleep better.


As you take deep breaths in, affirm that you are breathing in relaxation. And as you breath out slowly, you visualize that you are breathing out all your tensions away.


Alternatively, quite a few successful entrepreneurs will practice morning meditations. Morning meditations are helpful when you want to focus on your goals and visualize how you intend to achieve them. You take deep breaths and focus on your goals for the day - what they are, what you need to do to achieve them, the tasks that need to be accomplished and the end outcome you envisage in your mind. This promotes positive reinforcement and is a way to tell your mind that "Yes! You can do this!" as opposed to letting in any negative or self-destructive thoughts.


Use the law of attraction concept as this is a very good way to give you positive reinforcement and a push to achieve your goals throughout the day.
